Facing Supply Chain Challenges Head On

Our experienced purchasing team has a robust supply chain network and is doing an excellent job of maintaining high inventory levels so that we can continue to meet your urgent service needs. In addition, our C-TPAT certification means Parker Steel has procedures in place to maintain a high level of security on the shipment of imported goods and expedited processing at the border. With these two critical components in place, we are ahead of the game in stocking material and fulfilling orders.
On top of that, Covid related disruptions, holiday buying surges, and a national shortage of drivers created a perfect storm of long transit times across North America. Estimated transit times are not guaranteed.
Be sure to factor longer than average lead times into your order.
We offer our customers the option to ship freight via Collect, 3rd Party, or one of our convenient pre-paid options.
For expedited deliveries, dedicated hot shot services are available.

Bon Voyage, Vicki.

In the coming months, Parker Steel will be losing the backbone of our company, Vicki Kretz. Vicki has been our VP of Finance & HR for 30 years. Vicki is ready to explore the world by land and sea in her motorhome and on her sailboat. Here are some more interesting facts about our beloved, Vicki:
  • · Vicki’s first job, McDonald’s
  • · Vicki has three children and seven grandchildren.
  • · Vicki is an accomplished sailor and has sailed on Lake Erie and beyond for over 40 years.
  • · When Vicki started at Parker Steel, there were only four employees. Now there are 43!
  • · In High school, Vicki twirled baton in the marching band.
  • Every year, on her birthday, Vicki turns 29!!

Thank you, Vicki, for your many years of service and the hard work it took to help this company become the successful business it is today.
Now, let your dreams set sail……

Cyber-Crime Warning !

With cyber-crimes on the rise, we want to ensure our customers find the REAL Parker Steel every time. Scammers often use subtle changes to the spelling of an email address, domain, and company name to trick your eye and gain your trust. In addition, deceptive websites often spoof competitor images and styles to trick customers away from the familiar sites they intend to find.
